Abstract
The danger of free will is that people are able to use it unwisely and create problems for themselves and people close to them. The authors see no medical basis for calling excessive gambling a disease but, instead, argue that the problem is the responsibility of the individual gambler who makes the choice to indulge in this pastime to excess. Keywords
