No One Will Thank You:

Abstract
The author gives advice to those who could bring charges of abuse against an institution and speaks of the standards that cannot be compromised by not bringing charges. He points out that the institution will defend itself and that the accuser should be sure of the facts and have a plan or action with alternative strategies. Reports that he points out can be made internally or externally but must in all cases consider the need of the child for protection.
