Deformed bosons in the Nilsson scheme

Abstract
Dyson boson mapping is used to derive the deformed boson from the Nilsson Hamiltonian. Single -shell Nilsson model with pairing interaction is treated as an example. A general method of reconstructing bosons with definite angular momentum is outlined.
