Abstract
On routine examination, a 23-year-old black man had corneal diameters of 9 mm. There were no other congenital ocular anomalies, and visual fields were normal. Despite his small eyes, his uncorrected visual acuity was normal, partly because of the increased refractive power of his corneas.Keywords
