Abstract
The diffusion and absorption coefficients of microwave radiation in random mixtures of metallic and dielectric spheres are determined from measurements of the intensity correlation function with frequency shift and of the scale dependence of transmission. We find a narrow window of localization in frequency and metallic concentration. The transition is rounded by the presence of absorption. Keywords
