Abstract
Two patients with adult Still's disease and abnormal urinalysis underwent kidney biopsy 2 to 21 years after onset of the disease. Unexpectedly, mesangial glomerulonephritis was discovered. Even if a fortuitous association could not be excluded, the real prevalence of glomerular involvement in ASD should be determined by further studies in view of a potential immune complex pathogenesis of this condition. Keywords
