Abstract
A new surface sampler for the collection of zooplankton and ichthyoplankton is described. The advantages it has over other neuston samplers are that it can be towed at speeds up to 11 knots, can be used in choppy waters, is easily handled by one man, has no structures preceding the mouth of the net, and is easy and inexpensive to construct. Keywords
