Abstract
The behavoir of rheumatoid factor was studied with an immune precipitate consisting of "Varidase" and a human 7S gamma-globulin antibody. Different components of rheumatoid factor [as defined by the Waaler-Rose test, F.n latex-particle test, agglutination tests with red cells coated with coated with "diagnostic" anti-D, and demonstration of anti-Gm(a) and anti-Gm(x)]were all absorbed on to this immune precipitate.
