Abstract
Bovine growth hormone was incubated with homogenates of rat liver, thymus, kidney and spleen. These tissues were found to exert proteolytic activity; limited digestion of the hormone with the tissue enzyme (s) did not have any appreciable effect on its biologic activity. Keywords
