Abstract
Supernatants from concanavalin [Con] A-activated mouse spleen cell cultures prolonged skin graft survival across the H-2 locus in the mouse. There existed in these supernatants non-specific factors synthesized by suppressor T [thymus-derived] cells which were activated by sub-optimal concentrations of Con A in vitro. The possible nature of these factors was discussed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
