Abstract
The surgical correction of gynecomastia presents particular problems in the body builder who takes medical treatment of anabolic steroids. In 38 corrections, no fat suction was necessary and only an extensive surgical extirpation of the gland was performed. Superior cosmetic results were obtained with this treatment, with the only problem being increased bleeding in these patients who have very large chest-wall muscles and an enlarged circulation. Keywords
