Abstract
A simple, reliable method for the induction of folate-sensitive fragile sites, including the fragile X, in fibroblasts is described. The method involves only the addition of 600 mg/l thymidine to cultures 24 hrs before they are harvested. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
