Abstract

CHI'90 was the largest CHI-conference yet with 2,300 participants. ¹ As a matter of fact, the growth of human-computer interaction as a profession was an important theme in itself this year. SIGCHI has been the fastest growing ACM special interest group for several years and continues to retain this distinction.
