Abstract
The adm. of pregnant-mare serum caused an increase in the number of spermatozoa in semen specimens from 32,500 per cu. mm. up to 133,800 per cu. mm. At the beginning of treatment very few active forms were found and these were sluggish with no motility at the end of 2 hrs. After treatment motility persisted for as long as 72 hrs. with very vigorous movement and a great increase in the number of active forms.
