Abstract
Various predictions of the coupling constant are discussed. A meson dominance model is considered with MeV and MeV. This model predicts a value of the -wave scattering length formula in better agreement with experiment than the -dominance model when MeV, and the modified Kawarabayashi-Suzuki-Riazuddin-Fayyazuddin relation is well satisfied.
