Abstract
Using the results of band-structure calculations, the authors calculate the electron-phonon matrix element for ScN, ScO, TiC, TiN, TiO, VC, VN, VO and NbN. Two different approximations for the electronic part of the electron-phonon mass-enhancement factor lambda are presented and analysed. Keywords
