A simple method of volumetric analysis for small quantities of fluid: estimation of chloride in 0·3 μl. of tissue fluid

Abstract
If capillary pipettes coated with paraffin were used it is possible to carry out volumetric analyses on very small quantities of fluid. A Volhard titration, with or without removal of the AgCl by filtration, was described. It was applicable to 0.3 mm.8 of tissue fluid, or less if required.
