Abstract
Mobile communication through electromagnetically obstructed areas can be established by using wayside leaky coaxial cables. Available experimental data had been limited to 450 MHz. This paper presents the results of a recent experiment of the RADIAX cable at 900 MHz in near-field. These data are used to supplement an earlier RADIAX experiment at frequencies below 450 MHz and to compare with a theoretical study at 1 GHz.Keywords
