Abstract
The methods of immunodiffusion and immuno-electrophoresis and their application to detection of intraspecies differences in serum antigens of red salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) are discussed. Evidence for the production of hemagglutinating antibodies in the sablefish (Anoplopoma fimbria) at temperatures below 10[degree] is presented. Isoimmune sera produced in rainbow trout (Salmo gairdnerii) were used to detect blood group differences in red salmon. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
