Abstract
Summary: Non-tuberculous pneumonia is an extremely rare cause of the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH). A patient is described who had lobar pneumonia presenting as an acute confusional state due to hyponatraemia resulting from this cause.Keywords
