Abstract
NH4OH was used to form a compound with the Hg which was visible under the EM. Hg was associated mainly with the cell wall and membranes. Hg was bound to both the inner and outer mitochondrial and nuclear membranes, to the endoplasmic reticulum and to the various vesicles. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
