Abstract
An operation is described for mobilising the whole extent of the cervical part of the spinal cord into an enlarged spinal canal in cases of spondylosis with myelopathy. The procedure is indicated to relieve symptoms and arrest their progress, and it has proved effective in practice.Keywords
