Abstract
A randomized, double-blind clinical trial was carried out comparing carprofen (RO 20-5720) 300 mg/d [day] and indomethacin 75 mg/d in patients with extra-articular inflammatory processes. The drugs were given for 7 days. In general, carprofen appears to be well tolerated, and at the dosage used its efficacy was good and equal to that of indomethacin. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
