Abstract
Dollfusnema amphisbaenia n.gen., n.sp. is distinguished from all other genera in the Cosmocercinae by the possession of cuticular interlabia between the cephalic lips. These structures are similar to the interlabia and cordons observed commonly in the superfamily Heterakoidea and this provides an additional argument that the Heterakoidea may have evolved from primitive cosmocercoids such as the Cosmocercinae. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
