TERATOMATOUS CYSTS WITHIN THE VERTEBRAL CANAL: OBSERVATIONS ON THE OCCURRENCE OF SEX CHROMATIN

Abstract
An attempt was made to determine the nuclear sex of the spinal cysts. Since the cells of the fibrous capsular tissues in these cysts did not show nuclear sex chromatin in contrast to the chromatin-positive cells of their epithelial lining, the cysts were considered teratomatous in nature.Keywords
