Abstract
A new graphical method of determining the kinetic constants for immobilized-enzyme systems is proposed and illustrated with some examples. The advantages of using this method are that these kinetic constants can be determined accurately and conveniently from the conversion data of a packed-column enzyme-reactor system. Keywords
