Abstract
The short-range low-energy interaction between hadrons is studied with the quantum-chromodynamic one-gluon-exchange potential in the context of the resonating-group method. A soft-core approximation is used to estimate low-energy -wave scattering lengths and amplitudes in exotic reactions: , , , and . Good agreement is found with data.
