Abstract
On-line atomic-beam-magnetic-resonance experiments at the Princeton cyclotron were used to measure the magnetic hyperfine structure transitions involving the isomeric state of and the ground state of . The radioactive nuclei were formed by a () reaction on palladium inside the oven of the atomic beam apparatus. The values of magnetic dipole interaction constant are MHz and MHz. From these measurements we infer the values of the nuclear magnetic dipole moments to be and .
