Abstract
Matrix elements describing one-photon and two-photon magneto-optical transitions in InSb have been calculated by treating the cubic nonsphericity and inversion asymmetry of the crystal with perturbation theory. The results obtained explain most of the intraband (one-photon) and intraband-interband (two-photon) resonant excitations observed by various authors with light polarizations epsilon perpendicular to H and epsilon //H for a magnetic field H parallel to the (001) direction. Keywords
