Carrier Specificity vs Hapten Specificity in Classical Cell-Mediated Contact Sensitivity to Dinitrochlorobenzene

Abstract
Summary: An anti-HL-A human alloantiserum contained antibodies specific for B lymphocyte alloantigen(s). These antigens were distinct from HL-A antigens and, unlike the latter, were clsely associated with B lymphcoyte Fc receptors. By analogy to the mouse, we suggest that these antigens are associated with an Ir gene region linked to the HL-A locus.
