Abstract
Summary: Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare malignant tumour of the breast. It usually presents as a painful, apparently benign lump near the nipple. The tumour has an interesting histology, natural history and mammographic appearance. Mastectomy is usually curative.Keywords
