Abstract
A study of the formation of TMSi derivatives of steroids with bistrimethylsilylacetamide has been carried out. The reagent is an effective silylating agent when used alone; it may also be used with trimethylchlorosilane as a catalyst. The new phases OV-1 and OV-17 are excellent phases for the temperature programmed separation of steroids. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
