Chaos in Quantum Cosmology

Abstract
We argue that the wave function describing a FRW universe with a massive scalar field must reflect the chaos found in the classical limit. We show that the classical trajectories contain a fractal set of unstable periodic orbits, confirming a conjecture by Page. Our results show that one version of Linde's ``chaotic inflation'' theory exhibits deterministic chaos.
