Abstract
The 70 eV positive and negative ion mass spectra of the oxygen, sulphur and selenium 2,1,3‐benzodiazoles have been studied. The influence of hetero atom on the fragmentation modes of the benzodiazole molecular ions has been discussed. Keywords
