Abstract
An apparatus is described for the growth of magnesium crystals of extreme purity and perfection. The technique involves vapor growth by sublimation under high‐vacuum conditions using magnesium itself as a getter. Crystals two orders of magnitude better than the best commercially available have been grown. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
