Abstract
Transduction of resistance to isoniazid and streptomycin as well as susceptibility to isoniazid in Mycobacterium smegmatis SN2 has been demonstrated. A method has been described for the selection of isoniazid-susceptible variants after transduction of susceptibility.Keywords
