Abstract
Saturation measurements of magnetoabsorption in -InSb have shown that electron-electron scattering determines the electronic lifetime in the first Landau level, giving values of ∼ sec for excited electronic densities of . Lifetimes in impurity levels are ∼ sec determined by acoustic phonon scattering.
