Abstract
Summary: A case of lymphomatous infiltration of the kidneys presenting as acute oliguric renal failure of unknown cause is described. Renal biopsy was required to establish the diagnosis. Combined chemotherapy (MOPP) produced significant improvement in renal function.Keywords
