Abstract
We extend our Monte Carlo quark-parton model by introducting explicitly the transverse momenta of partons in the compound state formed by two colliding hadrons. Calculated energy dependence of the average multiplicities of stable hadrons produced in collisions and the and inclusive spectra are in good qualitative agreement with the data. Our results on resonance production at GeV coincide with recent CERN ISR data.
