Abstract
The frequencies of aggressive and non‐aggressive verbal and bodily contacts of a sample of 36 British and 37 immigrant 9‐ to 10‐year‐old children were compared. Immigrant children were more aggressive with each other than with British children. A language barrier between British and immigrant children was detected. Keywords
