Abstract
A quantum generalized Langevin representation for condensed phase atomic dynamics, which provides a physically useful formal framework for a quantum condensed phase molecular collision theory, is presented. Basic formal properties of the representation are worked out. A treatment of atomic quantum relaxation is presented. Keywords
