Abstract
The genetic variability of alcohol dehydrogenase (C2 isozyme), aldehyde dehydrogenase (A2 isozyme) and aldehyde oxidase (A2 isozyme) was examined among recombinant inbred strains of mice which have been previously studied concerning their differential behavioral responses towards alcohol. The results showed no correlation between biochemical phenotype for these loci and behavioral response. Keywords
