Abstract
Observations of Nereid were obtained using a CCD camera on the 1-m Jacobus Kapteyn telescope on La Palma during the period 1990 July 10 to July 18. By comparing the brightness of Nereid with comparison stars, a composite light curve was obtained. The period was found to be 816±5 min or 13.6±0.1 hr and the amplitude of the light curve to be about 1.3±0.2 mag in R.Keywords
