Abstract
The 5298- and 6567-keV states in have been studied by the reaction . Spin assignments have been made of , respectively. The energy and spin sequence of the 1702- (), 2524- (), 3358- (), 5298- (), and 6567-keV () states, as well as enhanced strengths of the transitions between these states, show that these states can be considered to be members of a predominantly four-particle, two-hole rotational band. A comparison between existing theories is given.
