Abstract
The unheated filtrate from BCG cultures was separated into dialyzable and nondialyzable substances. The nondialyzable portion was further separated into components soluble and insoluble at pH 4.0. All of the substances formed precipitates in agar gel with antibody prepared in rabbits, and were tuberculin-active in sensitized guinea pigs. Keywords
