Abstract
Potassium acid phosphate containing p32 was added to the medium upon which resistant and susceptible house flies (Musca domestica) were reared. The distr. of radioactive phosphorus and total phosphorus between the trichloroacetic acid extract, lipoid fraction and residues from the 2 strains were then compared. No differences attributable to resistance to insecticides were found. The progeny of flies that had ingested radioactive phosphorus while in the larval stage were also radioactive. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
