Abstract
For the estimation of proconvertion (factor VII plus Prower-Stuart factor) Russell''s viper venom plus lecithin is used instead of brain thrombo-plastin. A specific factor VII assay method uses charcoal filtered or asbestos filtered ox plasma to which is added an electrophoretic eluate of normal serum.Keywords
