A gel diffusion precipitin method for the estimation of C-reactive protein

Abstract
A gel diffusion precipitin method with an error of 15% is described for the estimation of C-reactive protein. The method was compared with the conventional capillary precipitin method and with a latex slide test and was found to be intermediate in sensitivity.Keywords
