Abstract
Intraperit. glucose and/or one prepn. of Kendall''s adrenal cortical extract improved altitude tolerance in mice. Several other extracts and D.O.C.A. were without effect in mice. Neither D.O.C.A. nor any adrenal cortical extract tried prevented the impairment of co-ordination, vision or hearing produced by hypoxia in dogs.Keywords
