Abstract
Alligator erythrocytes sensitized with rabbit antiserum can be used for the demonstration of the agglutination activating factor (AAF) in the serums of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Differential titer and prior absorption are unnecessary, because of the virtual absence of human heterophile antibodies to unsensitized alligator erythrocytes. Keywords
